Training Approach

To effectively prepare Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (TMA) for their critical responsibilities, our educational approach is structured to make them operational and autonomous quickly. Over a period of 30 months (24 months of coursework + 6 months of internship), we follow a model inspired by industrial maintenance organization, aligning practical procedures with those used in aircraft maintenance workshops. The theoretical courses are designed around the most common types of commercial aircraft. The teaching method is divided into several stages to ensure effective training:

• Theoretical Instruction: Comprising up to 60% of the allocated time, covering essential concepts.

• Supervised Applications: Approximately 15% of the time is dedicated to practical exercises under supervision.

• Field Visualization: Integration of theory with practice by using technical documentation in real-world contexts.

• Use of Educational Tools: Including manuals, technical documentation, audiovisual aids, case studies, and official texts.

• Assessments: Featuring short-term formative assessments for guidance and regulation, as well as long-term criterion-based evaluations to validate professional competencies.
